we like her: The Punk Princess
doesn't do anything that we have come
to expect young stars to do. She doesn't
run off to Vegas to get married, doesn't
have affirs with her dancers, and doesn't
change her hair color daily. She also
isn't going to give it up to you...
this time. What she does do is turn
us on in a very, Avril kinda way.
Why
she isn't higher: Sometimes
we like a little wildness in our young
stars. She doesn't have the "assets"
that many of the women on this list
do... but she does have plenty of offer
to deserve a spot on this list.
