Why
we like her: We love Felicity
Shagwell, a name that I would love to
test out. Heather Graham looked so good
in Austin Powers that she shot up to
the top of many lists. She makes me
want to be a better person... and that
is all we can ask from anyone.
Why
she isn't higher: If only
she looked as good as she did in the
Austin Power's movie all the time. Don't
get me wrong... Heather Graham is super-fine...
but every now and then she looks a bit
more average... but when she gets dolled
up... she is mighty fine.
